Shipping and Pickup
Orders ship within 2-3 business days from the day the order was placed. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Corrin Co. DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, YOU MUST contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
Local Pickup is located at Family Dollar in Glenn Heights, Tx. This is the ONLY location for pickup. Please TEXT 469-334-3329 to schedule your pickup. After two pickup attempts you will have to pay for your order to be shipped. Pickup orders will only be held for ONE week...if you don't pickup or pay or shipping after ONE week your order will be cancelled and non refundable.
